One of my most favorite parts of my job is working as a mother agent. Helping really cool looking kids transform into models and placing them with different agencies internationally. There are a few really cool moments that can happen with the process, almost all of which have already happened while working with our beautiful Justine.
1.) The moment you see the amazing transformation from local girl model to potential super star. CHECK!
2.) The moment when you have a hard time putting their book in order because every image is just as amazing as the last.
CHECK!
3.) The rare and elusive moment when agencies when New York starts calling asking for a model, rather than the other way around.
CHECK CHECK CHECK!
4.) The moment you place the model with an amazing agency in New York, LA, Paris, Milan, etc etc.
